- Heat oil in a skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers for 3-5 mins.
- Add Beyond Steak strips, cook 4–5 mins until browned.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or oven.
- Assemble tacos with Beyond Steak, salsa, avocado, and cilantro.
- Heat sesame oil in skillet, sauté garlic and ginger for 30 sec.
- Add broccoli and bell pepper, stir-fry 3–4 mins.
- Add Beyond Steak and soy sauce, stir 2–3 mins.
- Serve over rice/noodles, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Marinate Beyond Steak and veggies for 15–60 minutes.
- Thread steak and veggies onto skewers.
- Grill skewers 2–3 mins per side until charred and hot.
Notes
Customize with your favorite veggies or sauces. For tacos, try chipotle mayo. Stir-fries go great with hoisin or teriyaki. Marinate skewers longer for deeper flavor. Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to 3 days in the fridge.
