Ingredients
  

Steak Bites

  • 1.5 pounds Sirloin steak cut into 1 to 1½-inch pieces, trimmed of excess fat
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil for searing

Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons Butter unsalted
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream preferably heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup Beef broth
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional, for spice
  • to taste Salt and pepper for seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Pat steak pieces dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat until smoking hot. Add olive oil.
  • Sear steak bites in a single layer without overcrowding, about 1–2 minutes per side, until golden brown. Work in batches if necessary.
  • Remove steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
  • Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet.
  • Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly.
  • Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes if using. Allow sauce to thicken slightly.
  • Return steak bites to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce, and warm through for 1 minute.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite sides.

Notes

Add sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or steamed broccoli for extra flavor and nutrition. To spice it up, add extra red pepper flakes or a splash of hot sauce.
