- Heat the water until it is warm but not boiling.
- Add freshly squeezed lemon juice to the warm water.
- Stir in grated ginger and cinnamon powder.
- Add honey and mix until fully dissolved.
- Let the drink sit for 1–2 minutes and enjoy warm.
Notes
For best results, drink this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. You can also enjoy it before bedtime for digestive support.
