- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Par-bake for 8 minutes.
- In a skillet, cook sausage until browned and crumbly. Remove sausage, leaving drippings in the pan.
- Add flour to skillet drippings, whisking to form a roux. Slowly pour in milk, stirring until thickened into gravy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread gravy evenly over par-baked crust. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese, then add cooked sausage, bacon, or hash browns if using.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbling.
- If adding eggs, crack or scramble them on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
